Caelus Rocketry is offering students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of science, technology, and engineering through an in-person camp hosted in Herndon VA at the Compass Homeschool Enrichment Center. The camp will be from December 18th to 22nd, 2023.

The price per student is $350, and they will receive 25 educational hours. The camp will take place each day from 2-7pm. We will also be offering dinner for a fee of $75 for the whole week. The camp is designed for students in grades 5 through 8, though younger students can still sign up. It will cover the fundamentals of Computer Science, and delve deep into Python algorithmic development. Our instructors are all STEM students at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, and have many taught camps before, as well presented research internationally at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Most materials will be offered at the camp, though participants must bring their own laptops. Information on setting up the required software will be sent later in an email. Depending on proficiency of students, the camp may cover slightly more than listed in the schedule.
